pleased with the results of listing my home with Baraboo Area Realty.
My home was listed on July 19, 2005 with plans of an open house
in two weeks. An accepted offer was made on the home before the
two weeks was up. The closing was held on August 31st. My realtor,
Tippy Steevens, utilized several internet & local advertising
methods which got the word out quickly. Potential buyers were screened
well. Tippy also kept me updated in a timely manner of what was
needed to keep the transaction flowing. I would recommend the services
